To imbibe respect for the Earth, create awareness, pass on the knowledge and empower the individual to protect and conserve our lifeline. We are dedicated to the cause of raising the bar of civic, environmental and wildlife conservation awareness across human realms through alternative, innovative and stimulating education.

PEF Vision

To ensure maximum civic and ecological awareness in every individual and create a mindful and conscious society. PEF is a new organisation founded by Conservation Biologist Pooja R. Bhale. The aim of the foundation is to imbibe respect for the environment and its denizens through awareness, education and outreach.

There is currently a severe lack of awareness and understanding about the natural world and our link with it. People only do as much as they are aware of and with such lack of understanding and alertness, destruction and loss are inevitable. It is of utmost importance that individuals from every walk of life come together to change the overall human lifestyle to create a more sustainable and sensitive society. Our economic stability entirely depends on our ecological stability.

PEF’s work spans the fields of environment and wildlife conservation, sustainable development, bringing about environmental behavioural change and creating organic, green and sustainable lifestyles. PEF achieves its aim and mission through several different projects and has tie ups with several local, national and international organisations.
